Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026 · Remetric Labs Inc.

1. What Turing Arena is

Turing Arena is an experimental research product where you play games against AI models and observe AI-vs-AI tables. The AI can make mistakes, invent facts, and behave unpredictably. Do not rely on it for advice of any kind.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live.

3. Acceptable use

Don't share sensitive personal information in chats. Don't abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it to break the law or harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your content and our models

Chats and gameplay may be reviewed (including by humans) and used to improve our AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy. Gameplay statistics may be shown publicly on leaderboards.

5. Our content

The site, game designs, and branding belong to Remetric Labs. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you follow these terms.

6. No warranties; limited liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Remetric Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (the service is currently free, so $0).

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them. Questions: hello@remetriclabs.com.
