Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details (name, email via Google sign-in), your gameplay and chat content, game statistics shown on leaderboards, and basic device/usage data needed to run the service. Don't share sensitive personal information in chats.

2. How we use it

To operate the games, keep accounts secure, and measure and improve the service. Chats may be reviewed (including by humans) and used to train and improve our AI models.

3. Your control

Data already used to train models can't be un-trained. You can ask us to delete your account data (see §5).

4. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help run Turing Arena (e.g. hosting, sign-in), or when required by law. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be published.

5. Security, retention, and your rights

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. To access, correct, or delete your data, email hello@remetriclabs.com.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will note the new date above. Continued use of Turing Arena means you accept the current version. See also our Terms of Service.
